Cookie Policy

What Are Cookies

Cookies are small text files that are stored on your device or browser by websites you visit. They are used to store various pieces of information, from simple preferences to complex session identifiers. In addition to standard cookies, we may use similar technologies such as local storage (which stores data on your device for longer periods) and tracking pixels (invisible images that monitor page interactions).

For a gambling platform, these tools are necessary to ensure that your account remains secure during a session and that the website remembers your choices. Without these technologies, you would be required to re-enter your credentials every time you navigate to a different page, such as moving from the game lobby to the payment section, which would significantly hinder the user experience.

Types of Cookies We Use

We categorize our cookies based on their purpose. While some are vital for the website to function, others are used to improve our services or deliver relevant content. You have control over which non-essential categories are active on your device.

Category	Purpose & Examples	Required?
Essential	These maintain core functions like session authentication and security. For example, they ensure you stay logged in as you browse and prevent fraudulent access to your account.	Yes
Performance	These collect anonymous data on how visitors use the site. They help us see which areas of the site are most popular and identify technical errors that need fixing.	No
Functional	These remember your specific choices. Examples include remembering that you prefer the display currency in MYR or keeping track of the last games you opened.	No
Targeting	Used to deliver advertisements and offers that are more relevant to your interests based on your browsing behavior on our platform.	No

How We Use Cookies

m9bet employs cookies to achieve several operational goals that ensure a high-quality user experience:

Session Security

We use cookies to keep you authenticated, allowing you to move through the site without logging in repeatedly.

Preference Management

Your interface settings and regional preferences are saved so the site loads exactly how you like it.

Fraud Prevention

Cookies help us detect multi-account abuse and protect against automated bot attacks to ensure fairness.

Usage Analysis

We measure which pages are most effective to optimize the layout and speed of the website.

Third-Party Cookies

Some of the cookies used on our platform are placed by external service providers. These partners help us with specific tasks such as advanced web analytics, targeted advertising, and secure payment processing. Because these cookies are managed by others, we do not have direct control over them. Each of our partners maintains its own independent privacy and cookie policy, which we encourage you to review if you wish to understand their specific data handling practices.

How to Manage or Disable Cookies

You can control the cookies stored on your device through your browser settings. Please note that disabling certain cookies may impact your ability to use the m9bet app APK or the website effectively.

Google Chrome

Go to Settings > Privacy and security > Third-party cookies.

Safari

Go to Settings > Safari > Advanced > Website Data.

Mozilla Firefox

Go to Settings > Privacy & Security > Cookies and Site Data.

Microsoft Edge

Go to Settings > Cookies and site permissions > Manage and delete cookies.

Using "Incognito" or "Private" browsing modes will delete cookies once the window is closed, though it does not prevent the site from placing cookies during the session. If you choose to block all cookies, including essential ones, critical features like your login session and any casino deposit via touch n go will not function.

Important Notice: Blocking essential cookies prevents the platform from verifying your identity, which will disable access to your account balance and gaming tools.

Cookie Consent & Your Choices

Your primary method of managing cookies is through the browser settings described above. Where the platform displays a cookie notice, you may make your initial selections there. Any choices regarding your data, such as the right to access, correction, or deletion of stored information, are available where provided by applicable laws in Malaysia.

For a complete understanding of our legal relationship and data usage, please refer to our Terms & Conditions.

Updates to This Cookie Policy

We may occasionally update this policy to reflect changes in technology or legal requirements. We do not provide a fixed update schedule, so we recommend checking the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page to ensure you are viewing the most current version.
